Marco Palumbo is the founder of the law firm of Marco Palumbo & Associates Mr. Palumbo is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in Washington, D.C., Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, New Orleans, Louisiana, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, Denver, Colorado,  in all United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, in all United States District Courts for the Northern, South, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, in all 77 Oklahoma State District Courts, in all Oklahoma Municipal Courts, and the State of Texas.

Mr. Palumbo’s law practice includes all aspects of personal injury, criminal defense, family, domestic, agency, and business law. In addition to managing the law firm, a substantial amount of Mr. Palumbo’s time is spent in court, where he is known as a very aggressive and relentless lead attorney who is highly respected by members of the legal community.

Marco Palumbo is a graduate of the Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctorate degree. Mr. Palumbo studied International and Comparative Law at the University of Oxford and is a graduate of Colorado State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.

After graduation, Mr. Palumbo worked as a Public Defender in Oklahoma County in the felony trial division. As a Public Defender, Mr. Palumbo was successful in either securing a dismissal or winning a favorable verdict for his clients in almost all of his cases. During his tenure, Mr. Palumbo trained new up and coming lawyers at the Public Defender's office.

Before forming The Law Firm of Marco Palumbo & Associates, Mr. Palumbo was a senior partner of a very prominent Oklahoma law firm, where he practiced civil and criminal law. To date, Mr. Palumbo has represented clients in multiple civil and criminal cases, ranging from personal injury to first degree murders.
